TSB hit by yet another IT problem

TSB — which is owned by Spain’s Banco Sabadell — said on Monday some of its customers are having problems using its internet banking facilities, its mobile app and its telephone self service.

The new IT problems come just weeks after TSB said its recent, major IT meltdown contributed to a statutory loss before tax of £107.4 million in the six months to June 30, 2018.

“We’re aware that some customers are having issues this morning using internet banking, the mobile app and telephone self service,” tweeted TSB.

“We are currently working to fix this issue. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.”
