Edinburgh-based property firm Lomond Capital announced its second acquisition in two weeks as it continues to expand in the UK Private Rental Sector (PRS).
The acquisition of South Manchester sales and lettings agent Hallmark Residential brings the value of properties under Lomond’s management to £2.7 billion.
In the North West of England, under the Thornley Groves brand, the firm new has 3,000 properties under its management.
This deal follows the purchase of Tanat-Jones & Company in Brighton and Hove.
