TSB announced the appointment of Nicola Bannister as Director of Enterprise Services, subject to regulatory approval, joining the bank’s Executive Committee.
This follows the departure of Gary Jones from TSB “to take up an external opportunity.”
TSB said: “Nicola will lead all economic crime and collections activities, as well key enterprise-wide services including planning, performance and assurance for TSB.
“Nicola has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services across Retail and Business Banking, Insurance and Investments.
“Nicola joined TSB in 2022 to lead all collections and recoveries activity, and in 2024 added economic crime to her portfolio.”
Prior to joining TSB, Bannister worked in Lloyds Banking Group where her most recent roles had included Collections Effectiveness Director and Network Director for the Lloyds and Bank of Scotland branch network.
TSB also announced that Adam Lishman, Chief Customer Officer, will lead customer service to align with his existing responsibilities for products, propositions and marketing.
Cheryl McCuaig, Chief Information Officer, will now additionally lead property services.

Bannister is a trustee of Avenues Group, a UK charity which supports individuals with autism, learning disability, acquired brain injuries or complex needs to live fulfilling lives in their communities. She holds a PhD in Classics from the University of Edinburgh and a post-graduate qualification in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London.
