NatWest Group plc, the bank formerly known as RBS, announced that Roisin Donnelly will succeed Lena Wilson as Chair of the Group Performance and Remuneration Committee with effect from October 1, 2026.
Wilson is the senior independent director at NatWest Group. She is a former CEO of Scottish Enterprise CEO and the current chair of FirstGroup plc.
Formerly a senior Procter & Gamble executive, Donnelly is also currently a non-executive director of software giant Sage and Premier Foods.
NatWest Group chair Rick Haythornthwaite said: “I would like to thank Lena for her strong leadership during her time as Chair of the Group Performance and Remuneration Committee.
“I am delighted that Roisin will succeed Lena as Chair of the Committee. Roisin brings extensive Board and remuneration experience and is well placed to lead the Committee’s work going forward.”
