Dukosi CEO Mark Pinto said: “Graeme is a business-savvy CFO who understands the financial rigor and operational discipline needed to scale a company to sustainable profitable growth.

“Graeme has been working as an interim CFO at Dukosi for the past eight months and is a critical addition to the Dukosi executive team. He is joining us as our first CFO at a very exciting time as we ramp production and execute on the successful commercialization of our smart battery cell monitoring solution, DKCMS and C-SynQ communication protocol, which are the foundations of our technology and product roadmaps.”

Cook said: “I’m honored to join Dukosi as Chief Financial Officer at such a pivotal time in the company’s growth journey. Dukosi’s innovative technology has the potential to make a significant impact on the future of battery management, and I’m excited to work alongside the team as we scale the business, execute our ambitious growth plans, and bring our technology to an increasingly global market.

“I look forward to contributing to Dukosi’s next chapter and helping build on the strong foundations already in place.”

Prior to joining Dukosi, Cook was Chief Operating Officer at Apsis Business Components, a complete resource planning and project management SaaS company for the built environment and construction industries.

Dukosi added: “His semiconductor and electronics industry experience includes Executive Director & Global Vice-President Finance & Operations at FTDI Chip, a fabless semiconductor company headquartered in Glasgow, UK with a global footprint, where he led the global finance and operations teams, establishing key metrics and financial governance to create the foundations for a private equity sale.

“Earlier in his career Graeme worked at Steward, now Qnity Inc, a global leader in materials and solutions for the global semiconductor and electronics industries, holding senior management positions including General Manager of EMEA and General Manager of Asia.”
