Huddersfield-based Fintel, a provider of fintech and support services to the UK retail financial services sector, said it conditionally agreed to acquire Manchester-based Threesixty Services Limited, a provider of compliance and business support services to over 900 independent financial adviser firms, from Abrdn plc.

Fintel joint CEO Neil Stevens said: “We believe that Fintel is the natural home for the threesixty team and clients.
