Elgin-based house builder Springfield Group has made two senior promotions, appointing Andrew Curran to Managing Director (Central) covering Springfield Properties, Dawn Homes, Walker Group and Mactaggart & Mickel Homes and Kieran Graham to Managing Director of Tulloch Homes.

Curran, who has nearly 10 years of experience with Springfield Properties, steps up from Regional Operations Director for Central (Private). He previously worked at McCarthy Stone and Persimmon.

Graham, former Commercial Director for Tulloch Homes, has extensive experience in the housebuilding sector in the Highlands. He has previously worked for Stewart Milne Group in Aberdeen and Robertson Homes in Inverness, prior to joining Tulloch in 2020.
