PwC announced it is preparing to relocate its staff in Glasgow to a new office in 2025.
The firm’s 488 staff based in Glasgow will move from the current office at 141 Bothwell Street, to the Aurora building — also situated on Bothwell Street.
“Across two floors, and c. 26,000 sq. ft of floor space, a bespoke flexible and collaborative workspace will be created to support the teams working in Glasgow in realising PwC Scotland’s strategic growth ambitions,” said PwC.
“The building, which has undergone refurbishment, is one of Glasgow’s most sustainable offices, thanks to the retention of the facade and structure as part of the refurbishment process.
“With ‘best in class’ energy efficiency, Aurora enables net zero carbon in operation and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of ‘A+’. The ten-storey building has also achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation.”
The office move signals continued investment in Scotland by PwC, following the 2023 refurbishment of PwC’s Edinburgh office.
