Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc, the Glasgow-based connectivity provider for international financial markets, has announced changes to its board.

Current Non-Executive Director William Meldrum will assume the role of Chair of the Board, and Mark Cubitt, Chair, will move into a Non-Executive Director role, following his recent appointment as Executive Chair of IQE plc.

All Board committees remain the same.
