Glasgow-based mobile energy giant Aggreko plc — bought in 2021 by private equity firms TDR Capital LLP and I Squared Capital — announced the acquisition of Mobil in Time, the Swiss market leader in mobile heating and cooling solutions.

Aggreko employs 6,000 people worldwide.

“Mobil in Time brings expertise in temperature control and water damage restoration,” said Aggreko.

“Headquartered in Switzerland, it operates from 16 locations across Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

“This acquisition further strengthens our capability and geographic coverage, providing energy and temperature control solutions across Europe.”
