WTW Scotland has announced several new appointments and a number of senior promotions within its Retirement and Pensions Outsourcing teams.
Heather Wright, James Cassidy and Lindsay Cassidy, join the WTW Scotland team in its Retirement Data & Project Manager specialism, based in the Edinburgh office.
“Heather brings more than 25 years’ of pensions experience from her time working in-house as a Global Pensions and Benefit Manager for a multi-billion-pound global technology firm with a presence in Scotland,” said WTW.
“James and Lindsay each bring over 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry, having held roles at Aptia. Heather and James join WTW on 5 May, with Lindsay having already joined earlier in 2026.”
Andrew Mills and Lynne Campbell have joined WTW’s Governance and Pensions Solutions (GPS) team in Glasgow, further strengthening WTW’s presence in the Scottish market.
“Andrew and Lynne have both joined from a major pensions consultancy where they held senior pensions advisory roles.,” said WTW.
“Andrew is a seasoned pensions advisor known for delivering outsourced scheme management and trustee secretarial services for major DB schemes. Lynne is an accomplished scheme secretary with nearly three decades’ experience supporting trustees with governance and regulatory compliance. Andrew and Lynne joined WTW in April 2026.”

In addition to these new hires, WTW has also announced a number of promotions to Senior Director level, across its Edinburgh and Glasgow-based Retirement team.
These include:
- Paul Whelan will take a leadership role in WTW’s Glasgow Retirement team, with responsibility for developing local business relationships and contributing to wider growth as Glasgow becomes an increasingly important hub for WTW’s business in Scotland.
- Laura Martin has been appointed Scheme Actuary to a multi-billion pound Scotland-based pension scheme.
- Ross McIntosh takes on a new role ensuring WTW’s AI capabilities and colleague development in Scotland remain at the industry’s cutting edge, alongside his ongoing role on the Edinburgh Retirement management team.
