Standard Life Private Equity Trust plc said on Tuesday that Peter McKellar, global head of private markets at Aberdeen Standard Investments, bought 135,000 shares in the trust worth £500,400. 

McKellar bought 100,000 shares in Standard Life Private Equity Trust at 366p each and 35,000 shares at 384p each.

Standard Life Private Equity Trust shares were trading 1.4% higher in London on Tuesday night at around 390p each.
