Parsley Box co-founder Adrienne MacAulay steps down

Edinburgh-based ready meals firm Parsley Box Group plc announced that, as it moves to the next phase of its development, co-founder Adrienne MacAulay has decided to step down as a director of the company on April 30, 2022.

“Adrienne co-founded the business with her husband in 2017,” said the company.

“At the outset she managed a number of key areas including branding and product development, and as the company grew she was appointed chief product officer in March 2021.”

Parsley Box Group chairman Chris van der Kuyl said: “We thank Adrienne for her significant contribution to making Parsley Box the company it is today and for her support in transitioning the further development of the business to our new management team.

“We wish her all the best for the future.”
