Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE) announced that Rushad Abadan, Group General Counsel at Aberdeen Group, will become SFE deputy chair on January 1 in place of Jackie Leiper, who is retiring from Lloyds Banking Group.
Abadan will also chair the SFE Nomination Committee.
Santander UK’s Andrew Wilson will take on Abadan’s previous board role as chair of the Reputational Management Committee.
Further, current SFE board members Roland Inglis from Capco and Anthony Rafferty of Origo will join the Audit Committee, chaired by Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Louisa Knox.
