NatWest-RBS has appointed Judith Cruickshank as Chief Operating Officer, Retail Banking for the NatWest Group.

“It has been an absolute privilege to lead the commercial mid market team at Royal Bank of Scotland,” said Cruickshank, who is a board member at Scottish Financial Enterprise.

“I have met so many amazing Scottish businesses across the country and spent time with an amazing team of relationship managers who are so passionate about helping these businesses grow.

“However, I am really excited about the opportunity to return to retail banking to support our 19 million personal customers achieve their goals.”
