Property firm Rettie said that after more than 30 years since founding the business, Simon Rettie will transition into the role of chair, with Becky Lindsay becoming chief executive officer, with effect from January 2027.
“This marks a natural evolution for the firm, one that reflects our strong foundations, continuity of leadership, and clear focus on future growth,” said Rettie.
“Becky has been part of Rettie for over twenty years, playing a pivotal role in shaping the business we are today. As CEO, she will lead the next phase of our development, supported by a newly formed Executive Management Team.
“Simon will remain actively involved, focusing on strategic priorities as we continue to build on our position across Scotland, the North East of England and London.
“With 12 offices and over 200 colleagues, we are proud of how far Rettie has come, and even more excited about what comes next.”
