In June, Hampden Bank marked the official launch of its North and Midlands base in Manchester, expanding its regional presence and creating a dedicated hub to support clients across the region.

The bank also strengthened its leadership team through a number of senior appointments, including Chris Williamson as Head of Data, Liz Wilde as Head of Product and Proposition, and the creation of a new Director of Marketing and Communications role.

Hampden Bank chief financial officer Jonathan Peake said: “The first half of 2026 has been another period of strong performance for Hampden Bank. We have continued to grow deposits and lending while delivering a significant increase in profitability, reflecting the strength of our business model and the trust our clients place in us.”

Hampden Bank CEO Tracey Davidson said: “We are particularly encouraged by our latest client satisfaction results. An NPS of 75, a client satisfaction score of 9.1 out of 10 and a retention rate of more than 99% demonstrate the value clients place on a relationship-led approach to banking and the dedication of our colleagues across the UK.

“Alongside this performance, we continue to invest in the future of the bank. Expanding our presence in the North and Midlands and welcoming experienced leaders across data, product, marketing and business development strengthens our ability to support clients and their ambitions across the UK.”
